1. Scope

Trisakti Review Automation is an internal application intended for use by authorized Trisakti Group personnel to support responses to customer reviews of managed business locations.

2. Authorized use

Users must hold appropriate permissions for the Google Business Profiles they access and must comply with applicable laws and Google's relevant API and platform terms. Unauthorized access or use is prohibited.

3. Review replies

AI-generated draft responses may require human review. Authorized personnel are responsible for ensuring published replies are accurate, respectful, and appropriate to the customer feedback. The Application does not guarantee the correctness of AI-generated content.

4. Availability

Service availability depends on internet connectivity, Google APIs, and other technical providers. Features may change or be suspended for maintenance, compliance, or security reasons.
