This policy describes how Trisakti Review Automation (the “Application”) handles information when used by authorized Trisakti Group personnel to manage Google Business Profile reviews.

1. Information processed

Through authorized Google Business Profile API access, the Application may process business account and location identifiers, publicly displayed reviewer names, star ratings, review text, review identifiers, review timestamps, existing business replies, and response drafts. It may also process operational logs and approval actions needed to run the review workflow.

2. Purpose and use

This information is used to read business reviews, identify reviews requiring attention, draft and post business responses, route selected replies for human approval, prevent duplicate responses, and troubleshoot errors. Access is limited to business profiles that the connected Google account is authorized to manage.

3. Sharing

The Application uses Google Business Profile APIs and technical service providers necessary to operate its automation and review-approval workflow. Review content may be processed by an AI service to generate suggested replies. Data is not intended to be sold or used for unrelated advertising. Replies that are posted to Google Business Profiles become visible through Google's services.

4. Storage and retention

Operational records, review identifiers, draft responses, approval statuses, and diagnostic information may be stored in the organization's workflow infrastructure. Records are kept for legitimate operational needs and should be deleted when no longer necessary. Specific retention periods may vary based on operational and legal requirements.

5. Security and access

Access to the Application is intended for authorized personnel. Google OAuth is used to authorize API access, and access credentials should be managed securely. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Control, access, and deletion

Authorized Google account holders can review or revoke third-party access through their Google Account security settings. For questions, access requests, or deletion requests concerning records held by the Application, contact the address below. Data shown on Google services may also be governed by Google's policies.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated as the Application or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published on this page.
